*  Make sure you plan to start your detox so that over the duration of the 9 days you haven't got any major social events or parties to go to.

*  Whilst exercise is essential to your progress throughout this and and weight loss programme, you would be best advised to take part in very low intensity exercise for the first 2-3 days until the evening meals are intoduced back in to the diet.
