As a fitness professional I am always being
asked about healthy food choices. What should I eat
here and when can I eat that.
I thought it would be a great idea if I had
a section devoted entirely to healthy eating recipes from
a health, fitness and weight loss point of
view.
As a rule the majority of your meals should
be home made from scratch using fresh whole foods as your
raw materials.
You should select foods that are low in
saturated fats.
You should eat foods that contain a very
small amount of sugars in them.
The following are a number
of meals, snacks and foods that I recommend you eat on a
regular basis. This library will be constantly updated, so
