Another hurdle I had to work through was exercising in public something I normally did behind closed doors and then infrequently. This was soon forgotten when I started to see the results. Each week I could see myself improving immensely pushing myself further each week, which I wouldn't of done on my own. This I feel is all credit to Jago and Nicola knowing where to pitch each fitness session and making them enjoyable. I liked the way each week you came away with different goals in terms of exercising and diet that soon became the norm so to speak...
