 EARLY MORNING BOOT CAMP

For this bootcamp I have teamed up with two of the best outdoor personal trainers in this area to bring you a new and unique fitness experience.  Lee and Paul have a refreshing outlook on outdoor exercise with a blend of experience and passion guaranteing these sessions will be like nothing you have ever tried before.

The Where, The Why, The When and The How Much

The bootcamp is on Saville Park in Halifax, it is outdoors using the playing fields and surrounding areas.  We meet outside the chip shop in the middle of the park.

The sessions are based on circuit training but will vary slightly each week. You will work aerobically and anaerobically so your muscles, heart and lungs will be worked effectively...our bootcamp training is one of the best ways to burn body fat.

Sessions last for 45 minutes with an effective and graduated warm up at the beginning with a thorough, fun cool down.

The sessions are held on Wednesday mornings at 6.45am, bring a friend for FREE for the first week.

Sessions cost just £5.00 payable each session.

Special Rates:

Option 1 - Pay for 4 weeks in advance and you will just pay £18.00, that's just £4.50 per session. Please note this offer applies to consecutive weeks only, we are unable to carry weeks forwards for sessions that you fail to attend.

Option 2 - Pay for 8 weeks in advance and you will pay just £32.00, that's just £4.00 per session.  Please note this offer applies to consecutive weeks only, we are unable to carry weeks forwards for sessions that you fail to attend.

There is no contract and no tie ins, you can start and finish when you like
