When you find out how much fun these sessions are you'll want to
come back again and again.
The Where, The Why, The When and The How
The sessions are based from our Warley studio, outdoors using
the local school yard, which is private, secure and well lit. On Saturday mornings we use the surrounding
areas which are quiet, scenic and varied.
The sessions are based on circuit training and vary slightly each
week. You will work aerobically and anaerobically so both your muscles and your heart and lungs will be
worked effectively...circuit training is one of the best ways to burn body fat.
Sessions last for 45 minutes with an effective and graduated warm up
at the beginning with a thorough, fun cool down.
The sessions are held on
Thursday evenings at 6.30pm and Saturday mornings at 9.00am, bring a friend for FREE for the first week.
Sessions cost just £5.00,
payable each month in advance for the following month, for example in January there are 5 Thursdays so you
pay £25.00 on your first session in January. In February there are only 4 Thursdays so you pay just £20.00 on
your first session in February and so on.
If you are already one of our 1-1 clients you will pay just
£3.50 per session which is paid monthly. That's just £14.00 a month.
If you are currently taking part in the 8 week challenge you qualify for
the discounted rate also, just £3.50 per session or just £14.00 per month.
If you currently attend the Thursday evening sessions you will also pay
the discounted rate of £3.50 per session.
There is no contract and no tie ins, you can start
and finish when you want
